Major American children's apparel retailer, operating over 750 stores, realized they did not have a good tool to foresee disruptions in the supply chain lifecycle and a way to centralize information from all teams.
To solve this challenge, we created an On-Time performance dashboard where we combined information from purchase operations, contracts, vendor negotiations, port events, local logistics, and warehouse operations to build an end-to-end control of the supply chain performance; generating KPIs for each step aligned with global OTIF performance.
